Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer and dealer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers and dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and other internal teams for timely order processing.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Maintain customer and order records and provide regular follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in customer communication and coordination.
