Customer Lifecycle Marketer Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketer with 2–3 years of experience to develop and execute marketing strategies across the customer journey. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer engagement, email marketing, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across different customer stages.
- Create strategies for customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Plan and manage email, SMS, push notification, and other customer communication campaigns.
- Segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and engagement.
- Create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, retention, and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to improve the customer experience.




- Build and maintain customer journey and campaign workflows.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Customer Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM/lifecycle campaigns.
- Good understanding of customer segmentation and personalization.
- Experience with marketing automation and customer journey tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust organizational and project management skills.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
