About the Role The ORN Customer Journey Advisor is a premium customer-facing sales role responsible for owning the customer journey from the first enquiry through booking, pre-departure readiness, travel support and post-travel engagement.

You will be the single point of contact who guides customers to the right ORN journey and looks after them until they are back home and ready to travel again.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ORN travel journeys.

Customize itineraries and explain pricing, inclusions, documentation and visa requirements.

Handle customer calls, follow-ups and convert enquiries into bookings.

Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for smooth fulfilment.

Support customers before, during and after travel, resolving queries and escalations.





Build long-term relationships and identify repeat-travel and referral opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

Fresh MBA graduates

Excellent spoken communication in English. Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages are an advantage.

Confident, warm and persuasive on calls, with a genuine interest in helping customers.

Comfortable with target-driven work, follow-ups and using CRM tools.

Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customers at once.

Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
