Key Responsibilities
✅ Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular project/payment updates
✅ Coordinate with Sales & Project teams on progress, timelines, and delays
✅ Follow up on pending payments and resolve customer queries
✅ Maintain records of follow-ups and escalate issues promptly
What We're Looking For
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge
