What You’ll Do
You’ll connect with people who have already shown interest in our services and help them understand the right program for their needs.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Speaking with interested leads over phone
- Understanding customer requirements and answering their questions
- Explaining our programs clearly and confidently
- Building a positive relationship with potential customers
- Following up with interested leads
- Converting genuine enquiries into successful admissions
- Updating lead details and follow-up status
