? Hiring Freshers — Customer Support & Abandoned Cart Executive

We’re looking for freshers who speak fluent English, are confident communicators, and genuinely want to learn.

You don’t need prior experience. We’ll train you from scratch.

What you’ll do

- Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, calls & other channels
- Help customers with orders, products, delivery & returns
- Follow up with customers who abandoned their carts
- Speak with customers and help convert pending orders into successful purchases
- Maintain basic customer/order records
- Learn how a fast-growing D2C brand operates

What we’re looking for





- Fluent spoken English is a must
- Valuable communication and a confident personality
- Comfortable talking to customers
- Basic computer & smartphone skills
- Eager to learn and take responsibility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Freshers are absolutely welcome
