Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Care Executives to join our Inbound US Voice Process in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, robust customer-handling abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and identifying opportunities for sales and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements through active listening and effective questioning.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Identify opportunities for sales, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work toward suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve individual and team-level sales/upselling targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and process guidelines.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.
- Follow all company policies, quality standards, and process requirements.

Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must have their complete semester-wise academic marksheets/DMCs.

Experience
- Customer service, BPO, voice process, telesales, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.

Age
- 21 years or above

Communication
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum B2-level English communication proficiency.




- Ability to communicate confidently with international/US customers.

- Ability to handle customer objections and difficult situations.

- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹20,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
- Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
- Annual Leave: 32 days

- Cab Facility: Home pick-up and drop available (chargeable)

Availability of all semester-wise marksheets/DMCs is mandatory for this position. Candidates who are unable to provide complete academic documentation may not be considered for the role.
