Company: Real Estate Company Working Days: Monday to sunday (6 Days a Week saturaday holiday) Customer care Executive – Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers , Provide information about services and customer support. Generate leads, follow up on customer inquiries, Maintain solid customer relationship, Accurately update customer records and Achieve assigned performance and sales through effective communication. Explain company projects and property details.

Schedule site visits for interested clients. Follow up with customers and maintain records. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Handle customer queries professionally
