Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Working Days: 6 days a week (3–4 days in office, rest work from home)

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, client servicing or client handling preferred (internships and part-time work count)

About Us

Luxeliv is a growing brand with its own manufacturing unit in Sector 63, Noida. We're looking for a confident, well-spoken professional to manage our clients and be the link between them and our production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for clients over calls, email and WhatsApp
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and share them clearly with the production team
- Coordinate with production and merchandising to track order status and timelines
- Share regular order updates with clients and manage their expectations proactively
- Handle client queries, complaints and escalations professionally and resolve them quickly
- Follow up on sample approvals, feedback, changes and delivery schedules
- Maintain client records, order trackers and communication logs
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders and upselling with existing clients

Requirements





- Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is a plus
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Ability to coordinate between clients and the production team and follow up until the job is done
- Professional, polite and confident communication, especially under pressure
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of garment production is preferred
- Organised, self-driven and reliable while working from home
- Must have a laptop and reliable internet for work-from-home days
- College students may apply, provided they can manage 3–4 office days a week alongside classes
- Candidates living in or near Noida preferred
