- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules related to utilities billing processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP with other enterprise systems.
