Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for the Defence Channel sales team.
- Deliver product, process, sales, and soft-skills training.
- Identify training needs and improve team productivity.
- Conduct induction and refresher training sessions.
- Develop training modules and learning materials.
- Monitor training effectiveness and sales performance.
- Coordinate with business teams to achieve channel targets.
- Ensure continuous skill development of the sales force.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Training preferred.
- Experience handling Defence Channel will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and sales processes.
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
