Position - CSR Medical Projects Manager & Administrator

Experience - 5 Years+

Skill & Knowledge - Valuable English communication and Drafting, Admin Experience & Coordination With Different Stakeholders.

A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Medical/Healthcare Project Manager plans, executes, and evaluates health-focused community programs funded by corporate social initiatives.Key Responsibilities

- Program Execution: Design and run health initiatives like medical camps, awareness drives, and rural healthcare infrastructure upgrades.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with non-profits, government bodies, local clinics, and corporate donors.
- Budget & Compliance: Track project funds and ensure reporting meets legal rules like the Companies Act.




- Monitoring & Impact: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure community health improvements and write final reports.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Management, or Social Work.
- Experience: 5+ years managing health programs or social impact projects, often including on-ground field work.
- Core Skills: Strong project planning, data analysis, budgeting, and cross-cultural communication. Local context knowledge and government liaison experience are major plus points.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
