Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

About the Role

Beyond Carat is looking for a motivated and customer-focused CSE Executive to join our team in Ichhapore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively while working in a US shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.




- Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a US shift.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Valuable problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service/BPO is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
