Endless Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer database, implementing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The CRM specialist will also be responsible for training staff on CRM best practices and assisting with the development of new CRM initiatives. - Manage and maintain customer relationship management system

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention

- Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices
