1. Reviewing credit applications from potential customers to determine whether they qualify for loans
2. Mapping client’s requirements providing customized collaterals; understanding their functional processes requirement through interviews / discussions
3. Maintain Credit TAT
4. Manage Credit Underwriting as per policy
5. Disbursal of loans including all checks and verifications
6. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
7. Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
8. Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
9. Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the credit underwriting industry.
10. Operations Management
11. Drives effective day-to-day operational running of the department measured by no Client complaints and all SLAs met.
12. Attends regular operations meeting and client calls.
13. Verification of all key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest Rate, Interest reset details etc.) sanctioned v/s executed Verification of all key deal terms,



pre-sanction and pre-disbursement conditions prior to circulation of disbursement memo to all stakeholders as per defined approval matrix
14. Tracking, monitoring and driving closure of all open pre and post disbursement conditions.
15. Responsible for all loan disbursements and company losses related to disbursements.
16. Checking and verification of critical single borrower and group borrower limits prior to disbursement
17. Proper satisfaction of KYC requirements and Loan Application form from borrowers as per defined KYC checklist, pre-sanction checklist etc.
18. Conduct of proper regulatory checks (CIBIL, RBI and other caution lists, World Check etc.)
19. Ensuring all sanctioned terms and conditions including clauses pertaining to security have been accurately incorporated in the Sanction Letter.
20. Ensuring that Sanction Letter has been signed by the authorized signatories and duly acknowledged by the borrower
21. To ensure executed documents are duly signed by an authorized signatory - both at Lender & Borrower's side.
