- Assist in collecting and verifying customer documents required for loan processing.

- Conduct preliminary checks on loan applications and ensure completeness of documentation.

- Support credit officers in customer profile analysis and data validation.

- Coordinate with customers for pending documents and clarification requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and supporting documents.

- Assist in preparing credit appraisal notes and reports.

- Update and manage customer information in internal systems.

- Support branch credit teams in loan disbursement and post-disbursement documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
