We are looking for a warm, confident, and proactive Center Representative Executive

(CRE) to be the first point of contact at our center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with parents, coordinating with therapists, and ensuring smooth day-to-day center operations.

As the face of the center, the CRE plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for families and supporting conversions into therapy packages.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome parents and children warmly and ensure a positive first impression

● Handle front-desk and reception responsibilities professionally

● Coordinate closely with therapists and clinical teams for schedules, sessions, and updates

● Explain therapy services and convince parents to opt for suitable packages

● Address parent queries with empathy, clarity, and confidence





● Manage appointment bookings, follow-ups, and center walk-ins

● Maintain accurate records and basic administrative documentation

● Ensure smooth communication between parents, therapists, and internal teams

● Support overall center operations and daily coordination needs

● Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
