Role: Talent Manager (Artist/Creator Management)

Location: Mumbai / Delhi (hybrid)

We’re hiring a Talent Manager at Voxxy. Not someone who just manages creators on a spreadsheet. Someone who can build careers, close deals and grow talent like it’s a business.

WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE –

You’re the bridge between creators, brands and opportunity.

And you’re responsible for making sure that bridge is always active.

- You’ll identify and onboard high-potential creators who can become tomorrow’s breakout names
- You’ll proactively pitch your talent to brands and agencies—not wait for opportunities
- You’ll handle inbound leads, negotiate deals, and maximize value from every collaboration
- You’ll operate with an “always-on” mindset—quick responses, smooth coordination, and on-ground support when needed
- You’ll guide creators on content direction, platform growth, and personal branding (PR, podcasts, current formats)
- You’ll track revenue, performance, and growth metrics—and use that data to make smarter decisions




- You’ll focus on retention and long-term partnerships, not just one-off deals

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR -

- 2–4 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
- Someone who is commercially sharp—comfortable with pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and creator growth strategies
- Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Someone who takes ownership of both revenue and relationships
