About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insights into ideas, briefs into compelling stories, and ideas into work that makes people stop and pay attention.

You’ll work closely with our Creative, Strategy, Business Development and other internal teams to develop campaign ideas, pitches and digital-first solutions for brands. From research and ideation to execution, you’ll be involved in taking ideas all the way to the finish line.

What You’ll Do

- Develop creative ideas, campaign concepts and content solutions across digital and social platforms.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on pitches, presentations and new business opportunities.
- Research brands, competitors, audiences and emerging digital, social and media trends to fuel stronger ideas.
- Brainstorm with creative teams to develop campaign narratives, creative territories and content buckets.
- Write and develop copy, scripts, campaign messaging and other creative content.
- Identify the right platforms and formats to make ideas relevant to the target audience.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to take ideas from concept to execution.




- Ensure creative deliverables are aligned with client objectives, timelines and brand requirements.
- Bring fresh, cutting-edge and interactive ideas that push the creative output forward.
- Proofread and refine content to ensure it is accurate, engaging and audience-friendly.
- Stay curious about what’s happening across the digital and creative landscape and bring relevant trends and insights into the work.

What We’re Looking For

- 1 to 4 years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, content or a similar role.
- Strong skills in creative writing, copywriting and scriptwriting.
- Excellent research, storytelling and proofreading skills.
- A strong understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to turn a brief or insight into a compelling creative idea.
- Good understanding of brands, audiences and digital content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Someone who is curious, proactive and isn't afraid to challenge the obvious.
