About ZaymaZayma is a fast-growing women’s ethnic wear brand focused on creating effortless, stylish and high-quality ethnic fashion at accessible prices.

We’re building a pan-India D2C fashion brand and are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate our brand identity into strong, scroll-stopping visual content across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

- Create high-quality social media creatives, Instagram posts, stories, carousels and campaign creatives.
- Design Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad creatives focused on performance and conversions.
- Develop creatives for website banners, landing pages, promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Work closely with the content, social media and performance marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
- Adapt creatives for different formats while maintaining Zayma’s visual identity.
- Create sale, festive and promotional campaign creatives throughout the year.
- Work on marketplace creatives and assets for platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO and Amazon.
- Conduct competitor and fashion-industry research to identify emerging visual trends and creative opportunities.
- Bring fresh ideas and experiment with different creative styles while maintaining Zayma’s premium aesthetic.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, colours, imagery and overall brand presentation.

What We’re Looking For




- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, D2C, ecommerce or lifestyle brands.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Figma/Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media design and performance marketing creatives.
- Good eye for typography, composition, visual hierarchy and aesthetics.
- Ability to create both premium brand creatives and conversion-focused ad creatives.
- Strong understanding of current fashion, social media and design trends.
- Ability to work quickly, handle multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a fashion/D2C brand.
- Understanding of Meta Ads creative testing and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
- Experience creating creatives for ecommerce marketplaces.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating fashion, ecommerce or advertising creatives.
