Role Description The Creative Director and Content Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role oversees the creative vision for the brand, leading concept development for campaigns, digital assets, and marketing materials that reflect Holiday Planner’s values and travel offerings.

Responsibilities include developing and executing creative strategies, guiding branding and visual identity, supervising design and content production, and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to produce high-impact content for web, social media, print, and experiential campaigns.

Director and Content Lead will also manage creative workflows, mentor creative team members, and use data and customer insights to refine content and design approaches.

Qualifications

- Solid creative direction and creative strategy skills, with experience leading concepts from idea to execution.
- Proficiency in branding and brand storytelling, including developing and maintaining visual and verbal brand identity.
- Experience in art direction, guiding photo/video shoots, layouts, and overall visual style for campaigns.
- Hands-on graphic design skills, with ability to work with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Proven experience in content leadership, including planning content calendars and overseeing copy and visual assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present creative concepts clearly.
- Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, priorities, and multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
