We are looking for a Creative Design & Art Direction Intern who has a strong eye for aesthetics, visual quality, typography, composition and premium design.

This role is for someone who doesn't just know how to use Photoshop or Canva, but genuinely notices why one design looks premium and another doesn't.

You will work closely with our team to develop creative concepts, brand visuals, social media creatives, campaign designs and visual identities for our clients and our own brand.

- Explore different visual styles, references and creative directions
- Translate creative ideas into high-quality visual designs
- Maintain consistency across different brand touchpoints
- Work on premium, modern and aesthetically driven designs
- Assist in developing campaign concepts and moodboards
- Collaborate with content, social media and marketing teams

- Good attention to detail
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment

- Basic knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools
- A portfolio of college projects, personal projects, freelance work or creative experiments is preferred

You Don't Need To Know Everything We are open to freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge.

What matters more to us is your creative eye, curiosity and willingness to learn.

If you can look at a design and understand:

This doesn't look premium but I can explain why and improve it,”

we'd like to meet you.

Good to Have

- Branding / visual identity experience
- Social media design experience
- Campaign design experience
- Knowledge of luxury or premium brand aesthetics
- Motion graphics or basic video editing
- Photography / art direction interest
- Experience creating moodboards and visual references
- Understanding of current digital design trends

Who Will Fit This Role? You may be a valuable fit if you are someone who:
- Constantly notices fonts, colours, layouts and visual details
- Saves design references because you genuinely like good design
- Understands the difference between clean, premium and cluttered
- Has a strong Pinterest / Behance / Dribbble-style visual inspiration mindset
- Enjoys experimenting with different creative directions
- Wants to learn how brands build a distinctive visual identity

Internship & Growth This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real client projects and campaigns, rather than only practice assignments.

Based on your performance during the internship, there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role with the company.

If you believe you have a strong creative eye and want to build your career in visual design and creative direction, we'd love to hear from you.
