nJob Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant to support and enhance our Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. The consultant will work with procurement, finance, and business teams to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and drive process improvements.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide functional support for Coupa Procurement and P2P processes.
n
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve production support tickets.
n
- Configure and maintain suppliers, catalogs, approval workflows, and procurement processes.
n
- Support requisition, purchase order, invoicing, expense, and payment workflows.
n
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
n
- Support testing, deployments, and release activities.
n
- Monitor integrations between Coupa and ERP systems.
n
- Assist with data validation, reporting, and process optimization.
n
- Create user documentation and training materials.
n
- Participate in enhancement and implementation projects.
n

nRequired Qualifications

n

n
- 5+ years of Coupa experience.
n
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
n
- Experience in Coupa configuration and support.
n
- Experience handling production support activities and ticket management.
n
- Understanding of procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and invoicing processes.
n
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

nPreferred Qualifications

n

n
- Coupa certification.
n
- Experience with ERP integrations such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite.
n




- Knowledge of Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Invoice Management.
n
- Experience working in global support environments.
