Role Description The Country Manager & Team Members – On-premise AI Platforms will oversee and contribute to the planning, deployment, and management of on-premise AI solutions for client organizations.

This full-time, in office role is based in Pune City and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and ensure secure, reliable platform operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading or supporting project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, monitoring system performance, and driving continuous improvement of AI infrastructure and processes.

Team members will collaborate on documentation, training, and knowledge transfer activities, while the Country Manager will handle strategic account management, local team leadership, and business development initiatives. The role requires close adherence to best practices in security, compliance, and quality, and active participation in problem-solving and innovation.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 Years Industry experience for Country Manager.



Candidates with lesser experience would be considered for Team Member positions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics workflows, and on-premise platform architectures.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security principles and practices relevant to securing AI and data infrastructure.
- Experience with deployment and management of enterprise software solutions, preferably in AI or data platforms.
- Familiarity with Mobile and Web technologies and their integration points with backend AI systems.
- Ability to work with process frameworks, including documentation, compliance, and operational standards.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder communication, team collaboration, and cross-functional coordination.
- For Country Manager: experience in leading teams, managing country-level operations, and supporting business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in technology consulting or enterprise IT environments is an advantage. A Multi National or Big4 experience would be preferred,
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune City and engage with clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
