Job Title : Country Manager – Sales & Business Development

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Business Leader / Country Manager to drive sales, business development and profitable growth within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of P&L; management, commercial leadership, strategic sales, key account management and operational exposure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead business strategy, revenue growth and P&L; / profitability for the assigned market.
- Develop recent business opportunities and strengthen relationships with major Oil & Gas operators, NOCs, IOCs and strategic customers.
- Lead tenders, bids, pricing, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
- Develop and manage strategic accounts and maintain a strong business pipeline.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends and potential partnerships.
- Work closely with Operations, Technical, Finance and Supply Chain teams for effective service delivery.
- Lead, mentor and develop sales/business/operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE,



quality and company governance standards.

Ideal Candidate :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Oilfield Services or Oilfield Equipment.
- Strong experience in Sales / Business Development / Commercial / Business Leadership.
- Proven P&L;, revenue and profitability management experience.
- Strong exposure to tendering, bidding, pricing and contract negotiation.
- Experience managing key accounts and senior customer relationships.
- Exposure to Upstream, Drilling, Well Services, Well Construction, Well Intervention, Production, Subsea or related Oil & Gas services will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.

Relevant backgrounds include: Oilfield Services, Drilling & Well Services, Pressure Pumping, Cementing, Well Integrity, Well Intervention, Production Solutions, Subsea, Oilfield Equipment and other technical Oil & Gas businesses.
