Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Marketing & Communications Designer to lead the visual communication and creative design requirements across digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing creatives, social media campaigns, visual storytelling, motion graphics, and AI-powered design tools , with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual communication for digital marketing and brand campaigns .
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital platforms, paid campaigns, websites, emailers and marketing collateral .
- Create campaign visual identities, mood boards, key visuals and creative directions .
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to develop concepts aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Develop engaging social media campaigns and visual storytelling assets across multiple platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, reels and short-form video content for digital channels.
- Work extensively with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools .
- Leverage AI-powered creative and design tools to improve ideation, content creation, image generation, editing and creative workflows.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from ideation to final execution .
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, layouts, colours and visual
- language.
- Develop presentations, pitch decks, infographics,



digital banners and other marketing
- communication assets.
- Stay updated on emerging design, digital marketing, AI, social media and visual
- communication trends .
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting
- deadlines.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing Design or a similar role.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and social media campaign design .
- Excellent creative conceptualization and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, social media creatives, branding, visual
- concepts and digital assets .
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite , especially Photoshop, Illustrator
- and After Effects.
- Experience in Motion Graphics / Animation / Video Editing .
- Strong understanding of mood boards, key visuals, campaign themes and creative
- direction .
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative/design work is mandatory.
- Ability to convert marketing briefs into cutting-edge and impactful visual concepts.
- Excellent understanding of current digital and social media trends .
- Preferred Background
- Experience within Finance / BFSI / Fintech / Financial Services or other highly regulated
- industries will be preferred.
