About the Role

We are looking for empathetic, helpful and confident Consultation Executives with excellent communication skills to be at the forefront of this project.

Shift Details: US Shift (10PM to 7AM) - 6 day WFO The role involves understanding users' situations, having meaningful conversations and helping them gain clarity and perspective on relationships, personal growth and different aspects of their lives.

Key Responsibilities





Interact with clients from various foreign countries - US, Canada, UK and more.

Understand users' concerns and provide thoughtful, personalized guidance.

Help users gain clarity and perspective on personal and professional matters.

Maintain a warm, empathetic, patient, and genuinely people-oriented communication style.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent written and verbal English

Active listening and interpersonal skills

- Based out of or willing to relocate to NCR
- Be comfortable working in US Shift (10 PM - 7 AM )
