About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Counter Sales Executive for a reputed Luxury Jewellery Brand. The candidate should have strong jewellery retail sales experience along with hands-on knowledge of Lab-Grown Diamonds.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and provide a premium luxury retail experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Drive counter sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain jewellery designs, diamond specifications, pricing, and product features.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Lab-Grown Diamonds.
- Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain product presentation and ensure excellent showroom standards.
- Support billing, stock coordination,



and other store operations as required.

Candidate Profile Minimum 2+ years of experience in a reputed Jewellery Brand Mandatory.
- Lab-Grown Diamond experience – Mandatory.
- Experience in Luxury / Premium Jewellery Retail preferred.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, and selling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong passion for luxury retail.
- Candidates currently or previously associated with established jewellery brands are preferred.
