Role Description The Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi. The Counselor will guide aspirants in choosing suitable courses, clarify exam patterns and preparation strategies, and provide individualized counseling on study plans and career paths in the Armed Forces.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, responding to student and parent queries, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress. The role involves coordinating with faculty and operations teams to ensure a seamless learning experience, supporting admission processes,



and participating in outreach activities such as seminars and information sessions. The Counselor is expected to foster a supportive environment that motivates students, upholds institutional values, and contributes to overall student success.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and guidance skills, with the ability to assess student needs and recommend appropriate learning paths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple counseling cases, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online education platforms, CRM tools, and office productivity software.
- Knowledge of defence examinations such as AFCAT and CDS, or willingness to learn these exam structures quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or education services is preferred.
- Ability to work in a goal-driven, high-energy environment and maintain a student-focused approach.
