Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide admission counseling to students seeking higher education abroad.

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for career counseling and placement services.

- Handle student queries via phone, email, or chat regarding educational programs and courses offered by partner universities.

- Schedule appointments with prospective students for face-to-face meetings at the office location in Kolkata.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and follow-up actions.
