Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage cost budgets, forecasts, and reports.

- Track project costs vs. budgets; conduct variance and trend analysis.

- Report progress, man-hours, costs, and schedule status.

- Assess cost impacts of changes and scope variations.

- Support risk assessment, contingency planning, and cost mitigation.

- Collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams.

- Enhance cost control tools and reporting systems (Excel, Primavera, Power BI).

Key Skills & Competencies

- Robust analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

- Proficient in Excel, MSP, Primavera P6; Power BI desirable.

- Knowledge of Change Management, Risk/Opportunity Management, and EVM.

- Problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–12 years’ cost control experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, or Processing industries.

- Advanced Excel and cost database expertise.

- EPCM/EPC project cost control experience.

- Primavera P6 (Unifier desirable).

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

- PMP/Project Management certifications (advantageous).

- Familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI or similar).
