Mandatory: Precision Engine Manufacturing Background and Total experience in Costing and Estimation Department Only

Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs required for quotations.
- Prepare cost analyses and evaluate various "what-if" scenarios to support business decisions.
- Support the Business Development team in reviewing and analysing customer RFPs and RFQs.
- Review and interpret customer drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within customer requirements.
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on customer data and drawing packages.
- Identify raw material specifications, hardware, tooling, surface treatments, and subcontract requirements.
- Generate internal RFQs for raw materials, bought-out parts, tooling, and subcontracted services.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience:



8-12 years of relevant experience in Aerospace CNC Machining or a similar manufacturing setting.
- Education: B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of RFQ and RFP management processes, BOM structures, and aerospace manufacturing documentation.
- Technical Reading: Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, CATIA models, and other technical documents.
- Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
