Qualification: CMA - Intermediate or M.Com - Cost Accounts or MBA - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Strong hands-on experience in Cost Accounting and Costing.
- Good experience in Cost Analysis and Cost Optimization.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Costing.
- Good knowledge of Material, Labour and Overhead Costing.
- Solid understanding of P&L; Analysis and Profitability Analysis.
- Experience in Cost Variance Analysis.
- Good knowledge of Cost Sheet Preparation and Product Costing.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, reporting and preparation of costing MIS.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.




- Good understanding of cost drivers and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to identify cost-saving and cost optimization opportunities.
- Experience in preparing management reports and MIS.
- Good understanding of financial and operational performance indicators.
- Developing and implementing cost optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance and other cross-functional teams for effective cost management.
- Provide costing inputs for business decisions, pricing and profitability analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of costing-related reports and analysis.
