Role summary

Identify skill gaps, plan and deliver training, and prove that training improves sales, quality, safety and process compliance. The role turns the company SOP manual into practical training for every department.

Key responsibilities

- Training needs analysis
- Meet each division head every quarter to list skill gaps.
- Use appraisals, customer complaints, rework data, safety incidents and sales results as inputs.
- Annual training plan and budget
- Prepare a yearly calendar by department and quarter; get MD approval.
- Track spend against budget each month.
- Onboarding
- Run a structured induction for every recent joiner: company overview, products, SOPs, HR policies, safety rules.
- Complete induction within the first 7 working days.
- SOP and process training
- Train each department on its SOPs and on inter-department handovers (Sales to Purchase, Store to Dispatch, Fabrication inward records).
- Update training material whenever an SOP changes.
- Technical and product training
- PPE product knowledge for sales teams; fire line systems, extinguishers and hydrants for FLS and service teams.




- Arrange certifications for technicians, welders and fire safety staff.
- Sales skills
- Selling, negotiation, key account handling, GeM and tender process, e-commerce listing basics, CRM and reporting discipline.
- Safety and compliance
- Workplace safety, fire drills, first aid, working at height, welding safety, POSH awareness.
- Prepare field teams for client-site requirements such as safety inductions, police verification and medical checks.
- Leadership development
- Train supervisors and team leads in planning, people management and reporting.
- Delivery and vendors
- Conduct in-house sessions; identify internal trainers; hire external trainers and online courses where needed.
- Evaluation and records
- Run pre/post tests and on-the-job checks; maintain training records and certificates for audits and client requirements.
- Report monthly to MD on hours delivered, coverage and results.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
