Prowell Hotels Pvt Ltd is expanding its corporate business and is looking for an energetic, well-connected Corporate Sales Manager to join our growing team.

? About Prowell Hotels

Prowell Hotels operates two professionally managed 3-star business hotels in Hyderabad:

? Prowell Crown – HITEC City / Madhapur

? Prowell Apex – Kondapur

Our hotels primarily serve corporate travellers, business executives, consultants, project teams and long-stay guests across Hyderabad's thriving IT and business corridors.

? THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Sales Manager who can take ownership of developing new corporate accounts and increasing room-night business.

The role will involve

- Identifying and approaching new corporate clients
- Building relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement & Travel teams
- Getting Prowell Hotels empanelled with companies
- Negotiating corporate rates and annual tie-ups
- Generating room-night and long-stay business
- Developing relationships with corporate travel agencies and travel desks
- Handling corporate meetings, training and project-team requirements
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Regular field visits and client meetings across Hyderabad

? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience: 3–8 years

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Hospitality / Hotels / B2B Sales The ideal candidate should have:

✅ Experience in hotel corporate sales or B2B sales

✅ Good knowledge of Hyderabad's IT & corporate market

✅ Strong corporate contacts and networking ability

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Proven ability to generate new business

✅ Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills

✅ A target-oriented and proactive approach

Experience with corporate hotel sales will be strongly preferred.
