The Role

We're looking for a Corporate Client Relationship Executive who knows how to open doors and keep them open. This role is about generating quality conversations with the right organizations, connecting them to the right trainers for their needs, and staying present through the process — not chasing numbers for the sake of it, but building relationships that actually convert and last. If you enjoy the process of finding the right lead, making the right introduction, and following through until it counts, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

- Generate quality leads with corporates and organizations who could benefit from our training programs — depth and fit matter more than volume, with no fixed lead targets
- Understand each lead's specific training needs and connect them to the right qualifying trainers
- Nurture and follow up with leads consistently to keep the conversation alive and moving toward a decision
- Build long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders,



becoming a trusted point of contact
- Coordinate between clients and trainers to ensure a smooth handoff and ongoing alignment
- Keep track of lead status, conversations, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For
- Experience in client relations, business development, or corporate outreach (education, training, or L&D; background is a plus)
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills — you're comfortable starting conversations and know how to keep them going
- Patience and consistency — you understand that nurturing a lead takes time and followthrough.
- Ability to work independently, without needing rigid targets to stay motivated
- A genuine interest in connecting the right people with the right opportunities
