This role partners with the Sales Managers in identifying opportunities, assisting in responding to RFPs, presenting, and selling Cornerstone’s service offerings, leading project scoping conversations and developing Statements of Work.

In addition, the Solution Architect will assist in improving internal processes and offerings

Roles and responsibilities:

- Position service offerings to prospects and customers during the sales cycle
- Define customer’s functional and technical requirements 
- Customize/develop presentations and discussions to differentiate Cornerstone’s Services 
- Clearly demonstrate the value of Cornerstone Consulting Services to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually 
- Provide project planning expertise to help customers prepare for successful implementations and deployments  Interface and coordinate efforts with team members to demonstrate and develop/configure project plans and proposals 
- Build customer relations through sales and follow-up calls and presentations/ demonstrations 
- Assist sales managers in identifying consulting services options, developing proposals, and closing sales opportunities 




- Work directly with customer personnel and Cornerstone teams to define and specify application requirements 
- Author statement of work (SOW) contract documents  Develop and leverage knowledge of industry trends and specific customer current/future solutions 
- Identify and help create value-added consulting offerings that lead to increased adoption of the Cornerstone technology 
- Refine the operational aspects of creating, pricing, and delivering service offerings

Requirements Professionals Requirement:
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in Cornerstone OnDemand platform
- Creating and leading strategy at the executive level
- Domain experience in HCM and/or OD (minimum 5 years) Demonstrated value / ROI of large scale transformational HCM efforts, including managing vendor selection, internal budget, resource allocation, and outcome-based results for the organization
- At least 2 years’ experience selling and/or delivering implementation services
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Talent Management, Cloud Computing and SaaS delivery models Working knowledge of SaaS technology operations and security Knowledge of the talent management lifecycle including Learning Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Recruiting business processes Excellent presentation and communications skills and ability to adjust message by audience (Executive, IT, Line of Business)
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, work effectively and independently, and meet deadlines
- Outstanding service-orientation and solid interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues and customers 
