Cornerstone consultant will perform analysis and design of solutions with understanding of relevant HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.

In addition, will use technical knowledge/work experience of Cornerstone On Demand LMS. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience working in semiconductor or high tech manufacturing LMS implementation.
- Design, develop and document learning process and policies as needed to establish consistent use of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS system. ( min 5+ years)
- Experience working on designing and developing integrations and reports.
- Experience working on the security permissions/roles of learning management system.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development Team and learning admins to create and manage system-level learning assignments including creating and managing learning groups and assigning user permissions.
- Partner with the business in creating, deploying, and testing learning courses and related content.
- Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and LMS vendors ( third party) to ensure system accessibility and technical standards are met.




- Support the infrastructure of the learning management system including installation of all system updates, upgrades, and integrated software.
- Provide recommendations/ideas on future improvements/automation of learning business process and upstream/downstream to reduce manual tasks.
- Experience in e-commerce, PMD integration, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) integration with LMS
- Partner with Learning admin/training coordinator teams to research, pilot-test, implement, and support certifications/curriculums.

Requirements Professional Requirement:

- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Cornerstone OnDemand platform
- Cornerstone OnDemand Certification will be added advantage
- Experience in Learning, Compensation, Succession Management, Performance or Recruitment modules highly desired
- Experience in customizing cornerstone on demand for customer requirements.
- Learning Data migration experience
- Experience in CSOD Admin activities (in Support environment)
- Experience in Technical certification area for HiTech customers
- Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing Cornerstone OnDemand applications-based solution • Robust technical knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand LMS (incl. work experience
