We are hiring for Move Coordinator - International Process
Location- Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international relocation/moving requirements with clients and internal teams
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups and service updates
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and service partners
- Ensure timely execution of relocation services
- Maintain records, reports and coordination updates
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
- Robust coordination and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating with international clients/stakeholders
