Roles and Responsibilities

- Jobs scheduling/creation

- Existing Jobs modification

- Jobs decommission

- Temporarily Inactivation of Jobs

- Taking Action on Jobs in Monitoring (Rerun, Hold, Set To Ok, Modifications)

- Providing Job Run Reports for finished or passed days

- Providing Job reports for future days/dates

- Job failures and failure reasons

- Providing access

- Removing Access

- Agents Availability and restarting agent if any unavailable

- Plugin and Profiles Availability

- EM and CM server services availability in CCM

- Job executions status

- Backup & Cleanup - Taking the backup of all the folders in both PROD and QA environments.



Loading the jobs which had been executing and stayed in scan even after passing the retention periods and killing them and deleting from the scan Installing Control M Agents on new servers

- Creating Current Profiles on SAP Plugin

- Creating New Roles For User access

- Assigning other existing roles for existing users
