Experienced in business development and sales for Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, and Supply Chain solutions.

Skilled in identifying and generating new business opportunities across multiple industries requiring warehousing and distribution services.

Robust ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Experienced in handling RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, ensuring timely and quality submissions.

Proficient in managing sales leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline activities through CRM.

Skilled in preparing and delivering client-specific sales presentations, proposals, and commercial solutions.

Worked closely with Solution Design teams to develop customized warehousing solutions based on client requirements.

Experienced in understanding customer storage, operational, and distribution requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

Coordinated with Operations, Legal, and internal stakeholders for proposal finalization, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.

Strong exposure to telecalling,



cold outreach, email campaigns, company profile presentations, and service portfolio sharing for lead generation.

Experienced in selling multi-user/shared warehousing facilities and positioning flexible storage solutions according to customer needs.

Good understanding of space selling, including pallet storage, racking systems, warehouse capacity, and vertical space optimization.

Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, and Transportation Management.

Possesses strong prospecting, strategic planning, negotiation, influencing, and networking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable interacting with senior management, decision-makers, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM applications, and solution-designing tools/processes.

Focused on continuous improvement in services, products, operational processes, and customer solutions.
