About the RoleShail Digital is looking for a creative Content Writer & Social Media Executive who can independently handle content creation and social media execution.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong writing ability and a good understanding of social media who can take an idea, turn it into engaging content and execute it across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Develop creative post ideas, captions, campaigns and content concepts
- Plan and manage social media content calendars
- Create platform-specific content that is relevant, engaging and aligned with the brand
- Write blogs, website content, articles, emailers and other marketing content as required
- Research industry trends, competitors and relevant topics to develop fresh content ideas
- Coordinate with the design team and provide clear creative/content requirements
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and communication
- Proofread and ensure all content is grammatically correct and error-free




- Support social media campaigns and digital marketing activities for Shail Digital and its clients

What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in content writing, social media or digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of English and positive writing ability
- Creative thinker who can come up with fresh, smart and engaging content ideas
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Ability to independently handle both content creation and social media execution
- Good understanding of what type of content works on different platforms
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with social media and digital trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Understanding of B2B and LinkedIn content
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with social media scheduling/management tools
- Internship or project experience in content and social media
