We're looking for a Content Lead to own the studio's entire editorial system — the calendar, the voice, and the sign-off — so quality doesn't depend on which writer is on a given brief.

Your Responsibilities





- Own the editorial calendar across every account — what's due, when, and who owns it.
- Own team-wide voice consistency, and sign off before anything goes to client packaging.
- Mentor Senior Content Writers and Content Writers on craft and account context.
- Set the standard for how SEO-bound and creative content are briefed differently.
- Step in personally on the highest-stakes or most sensitive pieces — crisis response, executive-voice content, launch copy.

Superpowers You Will Need

- 4+ years professional writing and editing, ideally across both technical and creative registers.
- Proven experience managing an editorial calendar across multiple accounts at once.
- A teaching instinct — you can explain why a piece doesn't work, not just rewrite it silently.
- Comfortable being the final voice check before something reaches a client.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
