​Role Description

​The Content & Agile Operations Manager will oversee the planning, agile execution, and multimedia delivery of content and training modules across PROGIST’s product lines and marketing channels. This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai.

​This role combines editorial direction with hands-on Scrum/Agile workflow management, e-learning module creation (SCORM via iSpring or similar authoring tools), visual design (Photoshop & Canva), and leveraging generative AI tools to drive high-velocity, high-quality deliverables.

​Key Responsibilities

​Agile Sprint & Scrum Management:

​Build and maintain sprint tracking files, content backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira, ClickUp, or Notion.

​Run sprint cadence—planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives—to keep deliverables moving smoothly.

​E-Learning & SCORM Package Development:

​Design interactive training modules, security awareness courses, and quizzes, exporting them into SCORM-compliant packages (SCORM 1.2 / 2004) for LMS deployment.

​Hands-on creation and authoring using iSpring Suite, Articulate 360, or similar rapid e-learning authoring tools.

​Content & Editorial Operations:

​Own the master editorial calendar,



aligning releases with product milestones and go-to-market priorities.

​Plan, draft, and edit technical cybersecurity collateral, product guides, blogs, newsletters, and awareness content.

​Ensure factual accuracy, tone, and alignment with cybersecurity industry standards.

​Design & Visual Asset Creation:

​Independently design marketing visuals, course assets, infographics, banners, and presentation decks using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

​Maintain visual brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and course materials.

​Generative AI Integration:

​Integrate contemporary AI platforms (e.g., Kimi, Viva/Vivi, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) into research, drafting, scenario building, and asset repurposing workflows.

​Develop prompt workflows and quality checks to ensure technical accuracy and efficiency.

​Qualifications

​Experience: 1–4 years in content management, instructional content, or marketing operations, ideally within B2B SaaS, IT security, or cybersecurity.

​Agile & Scrum Delivery: Hands-on experience setting up sprint boards, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and running agile sprints in Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.

​E-Learning / SCORM Authoring: Practical experience building interactive courseware and exporting SCORM packages using iSpring Suite, Articulate, or equivalent LMS-compatible authoring software.

​Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva to produce qualified visuals and course assets.

​AI Tool Fluency: Active experience using generative AI platforms (Kimi, Viva/Vivi, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to optimize content workflows.

​Communication & Domain Knowledge: Strong technical writing skills with an ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging collateral and learning modules.

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
