We’re looking for someone who can think like a creator, write like a strategist, and understand why people stop scrolling.

At Crafted Studios, we work across brands, founders, healthcare, lifestyle, fashion and social-first content. So we don’t need someone who can just “write captions.”

We need someone who can find the idea behind the content.

What you’ll be doing

- Researching topics, brands, trends and audience behaviour
- Coming up with solid content ideas for reels, carousels, statics, stories and campaigns
- Writing hooks, scripts, captions, carousel copy and social media content
- Turning complicated information into content that is simple, sharp and interesting
- Building monthly content plans and content buckets for different brands
- Working closely with designers, editors, strategists and the production team
- Understanding different brand voices and switching between them without making everything sound the same
- Spotting trends and adapting them intelligently instead of blindly copying them
- Helping shape concepts for shoots, reels and creator-led content
- Reviewing content performance and understanding what worked, what didn’t, and what we should test next

We’d love you if you…

- Naturally notice good ads, reels, hooks and brand campaigns
- Spend slightly too much time analysing why a piece of content worked




- Can research beyond the first Google result
- Have strong written English and can comfortably work with conversational/Hinglish content when required
- Understand Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form content
- Can write short without becoming boring
- Have strong attention to detail
- Can take feedback without getting attached to the first draft
- Are curious about brands, culture, trends, storytelling and human behaviour

What we DON'T want Someone who thinks content writing means:

“Here are 5 benefits of…”

“Did you know…?”

“In today’s fast-paced world…”

If ChatGPT could have written the exact same thing without knowing the brand, we probably don’t want to publish it.

Experience

1 - 3 years preferred, but a great portfolio and strong thinking matter more than the number of years on your CV.

Agency, social media, copywriting, content strategy or creator experience is a plus.
