About The Role The Digital Zilla is looking for a creative, confident, and trend-aware Content Creator who can turn ideas, brands, products, services, and people into engaging digital content.

The candidate should be comfortable with content research, scripting, shooting, presenting, and creating social-media content, especially Instagram Reels and short-form videos.

This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, and share.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate fresh and creative content ideas for different clients and industries.
- Research trending topics, Reels formats, hooks, sounds, concepts, and social-media trends.
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Participate in and, when required, appear in front of the camera for Reels and promotional content.
- Coordinate and conduct client shoots along with the production/video team.
- Shoot basic videos using smartphones/cameras with proper framing, lighting and composition.
- Create different types of content including:
- Reels
- Talking-head videos
- Educational videos
- Promotional videos
- Product/service videos
- Trend-based content
- Founder/personal-brand content
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Customer-focused content
- Develop strong hooks and storytelling structures to improve viewer retention.
- Work with video editors, graphic designers, social media managers and account managers.
- Understand each client's target audience and create content accordingly.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual style.
- Review published content and suggest improvements based on engagement and performance.
- Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube trends,



formats and content styles.

Required Skills
- Strong creativity and idea-generation ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good scripting and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience psychology.
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Basic knowledge of mobile photography/videography.
- Ability to research and understand different industries quickly.
- Valuable knowledge of current social-media trends.
- Ability to work on multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident in front of the camera
- Naturally creative and full of content ideas
- Comfortable visiting client locations for shoots
- Active on Instagram/YouTube and aware of current trends
- Good at communicating with clients and team members
- Willing to experiment with new content formats
- Able to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency
- More focused on creating content that performs rather than simply completing assigned posts

Qualifications A degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a strong portfolio, personal Instagram/YouTube page, or relevant content-creation experience can also apply.
