We don't just run ads, we build growth engines for brands that want to scale.

Role OverviewWe're looking for a camera-comfortable, idea-driven Content Creator to join our in-house content team. This is a fresher role, no prior professional experience required, but you should be genuinely comfortable in front of a camera, plugged into what's trending, and able to think strategically about what content should actually say. You'll be shooting across three fronts:

- Uniqoe Media's own brand channels
- @aniketdecodesD2C — our founder's personal brand
- Client brand shoots across our Fashion & Lifestyle roster

Your job is to shoot raw, unedited video content on-brief :our editing team takes it from there. You bring the energy, the delivery, the trend-awareness, and the ideas; we handle the polish. Key Responsibilities

- Shoot raw video content across Uniqoe Media, @aniketdecodesD2C, and client brand accounts, based on scripts/briefs provided by the team
- Deliver clean, unedited footage, multiple takes where needed, clear audio, good framing, ready for the editing team to work with
- Be comfortable performing on camera: hooks, talking-head segments, product demos, trend-based formats (Reels, faceless-to-face content, etc.)
- Actively track trending audio, formats, hooks, and content styles across Instagram/YouTube Shorts, and bring that awareness into every shoot
- Think strategically about content, not just execute it,



understand each brand's tone/positioning and suggest ideas that actually fit, rather than copying trends blindly
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to align shoots with each brand's goals (awareness, conversion, engagement, etc.)
- Maintain a consistent shooting schedule across all three content lines to keep the pipeline full
- Take feedback on delivery, pacing, energy, and creative judgment and apply it in the next shoot, this role grows with practice

Must-Have Requirements
- Genuinely comfortable being on camera, this is non-negotiable for the role
- Strong awareness of current social media trends (formats, audio, hooks) and the instinct to adapt them creatively, not just copy them
- Clear spoken communication (Hindi/Hinglish and English)
- Willingness to shoot regularly across multiple brands/accounts and follow a schedule/brief
- Fresher-friendly: no prior professional content experience required

Nice-to-Have
- An existing personal Instagram/YouTube presence (even small) showing you're comfortable creating content
- A point of view on what makes content work, not just what's trending, but why
- Interest in D2C, fashion, business, or performance marketing content specifically
