Our Client is one of India's fastest-growing fintech platforms, on a mission to help millions of Indians break free from high-interest debt by converting heavy credit card bills and loan EMIs into manageable repayment plans.

About the Role

They are looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Content Creator who will become the trusted face of the brand across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.

This is an ownership-driven role where you will lead content strategy, creative direction, and on-camera storytelling. You will work directly with the founders, have access to a dedicated content budget, and play a key role in building BillCut's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Become the face of build a trusted on-camera presence across social media platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
- Manage the complete content creation process, from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Build a consistent content production and publishing schedule.
- Collaborate with founders, CXOs, and industry experts to create engaging content.
- Identify emerging trends, viral formats, and platform opportunities to drive audience growth.
- Simplify complex financial topics such as credit cards, debt, and EMIs into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Track content performance metrics, including reach,



engagement, views, and follower growth, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or as a creator/brand face.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels from scratch to meaningful scale.
- Demonstrable results in follower growth, reach, engagement, and video views.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently manage content strategy and execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and low-hierarchy environment.
- Strong creative thinking, ownership, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating content in fintech, personal finance, or educational/explainer niches.
- Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing.
- Ability to create content in both Hindi and English.
