Role Description The Content Creator – Edtech App is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this role, the individual will conceptualize, write, and structure educational content for BookEinstein’s app, including lesson modules, interactive exercises, scripts for videos, and reading materials aligned with the company’s focus areas of Creative Writing, Public Speaking, and Vocabulary Building.

The Content

Creator will collaborate with educators, product designers, and developers to ensure content is age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with curriculum goals. Daily tasks include researching educational best practices, drafting and revising content, organizing content libraries,



and adapting materials for different levels and formats. The role also involves reviewing user feedback, refining content based on learning outcomes, and maintaining consistency in tone, quality, and pedagogy across the app.

Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills with experience in educational content writing, creative writing, or curriculum development for children.
- Ability to design structured learning journeys, including lesson planning, activity creation, and age-appropriate assessments for language and communication skills.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and educational technology platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product and tech teams.
- Strong research skills to understand learner needs, teaching methodologies, and language development approaches, with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent organizational skills, including managing multiple content projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining version control and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field; a background in teaching or edtech is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
- Interest in children’s literature, reading habits, and skill-building through guided reading and interactive learning experiences.
