About the Role

Role Summary

Seeking a Microsoft Fabric Platform Administrator with expertise in platform governance, security, workspace administration, capacity management, and operational support. The role will be responsible for managing enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments, ensuring platform reliability, security, governance compliance, and adoption of best practices across analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft Fabric capacities, tenant settings, workspaces, and platform resources.
- Manage workspace security, Entra ID groups, RBAC, RLS, and OLS implementations.




- Govern Fabric and Power BI environments including deployment pipelines, lifecycle management, and environment segregation (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).
- Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh performance, and operational incidents.
- Implement governance standards, dataset certification, naming conventions, and access control policies.
- Support CI/CD processes, source control integration, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure secure and scalable analytics solutions.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on Fabric administration best practices
